Our story
The firm's foundations were laid by Late Justice Yusuf Usman Khan Pathan, who served with honour as a judge and devoted over 40 years to the legal profession, appearing before the Supreme Court and advising both private institutions and central government bodies. His landmark judgments and his commitment to justice, fairness, and ethical advocacy set the standard the firm continues to hold itself to.
That standard was carried forward by Advocate Waris Yusuf Pathan, a senior advocate with over 30 years of Supreme Court experience, whose practice expanded the firm's reach into high-profile litigation and public life, including service as a Member of the Maharashtra Legislative Assembly and as a national spokesperson on legal and constitutional issues.
Today, the firm is led into a third generation by Advocate Arbaaz Waris Pathan, who has extended the practice internationally with the opening of a Dubai office — bringing the same litigation discipline built in India to civil, criminal, corporate, commercial, arbitration, real estate, and cross-border matters for clients across jurisdictions.
